Can I volunteer with a group of people?
Yes, groups are welcome!
For groups:
-
Want to volunteer with your coworkers, family, or friends? By signing up as a group, the reservation holder will be responsible for signing up their group members, receiving the whole group's tickets, and communicating the event details provided to them to their group. Attendees who would like their ticket emailed directly to them can sign up individually.
-
Each person in your group will need their own ticket.
-
You do not have to arrive at the same time as your group. By providing each attendee's email address, we can find their ticket at check-in.
For schools, youth groups and clubs:
-
All ticketed youth under the age of 18 require an L.A. Works Minor Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
-
For Youth Groups the requirement is one adult for every 10 minor participants.
Groups are welcome to register! Please ensure that each member of your group has a General Admission ticket. One attendee will need to be designated as the Reservation Holder, who will receive all the tickets one week prior to the event. The reservation holder will be responsible for distributing the tickets to the rest of the group, as they will be the only one emailed the tickets. The Reservation Holder will receive a ticket confirmation email upon registering.
-
Once you've clicked Register To Attend, enter the Reservation Holder information at the top of the page.
-
Select the number of tickets you need per Admission Type for your group.
-
Complete the Attendee information for each person in your group. Provide an email address for each Attendee in your group, so they can check-in independently. Don't forget to include the Registration Holder as an Attendee!
-
Click Attend This Event to complete your registration.

-
General Admission: Volunteers over the age of 18.
-
Child: Volunteers under the age of 18. All participants 18 and under must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to enter. Children under the age of two years old do not require a ticket.
