These programs aim to combat loneliness and isolation amongst our most vulnerable neighbors and offer them an opportunity to connect with others through social phone calls.

 

The TeleSocial Programs focus on reaching older homebound and vulnerably-housed adults through calls that have proven to increase the sense of social connectedness amongst our call recipients, as well as our volunteers.
